Giving back is embedded deep within Tish’s culture and is one of her core values. Be freely donating her time, talent and support, she strives to help the community in which she works, lives, and visits. Tish gives her time by volunteering within the community; she lends her talent to Boards such as USAV; and she financially supports a number of beloved charities.
Community Involvement
Tish is grateful for the opportunity she has to give back to her community. Whether it’s donating her finances or her time, another precious commodity, Tish ensures that she regularly connects with others. This is through local organizations or national organizations that have a local presence. She especially treasures the time she spends with her daughter as they spend time volunteering with Community Roots, a beautification project that has visibly transformed their city for the better.
Tish is an active member of the Orange County Emerging Leader United Council, the Orange County United Way Women’s Leadership Council, the Financial Planning Association, The Elite OC, and the Irvine Chamber of Commerce & USA Olympic Volleyball Board Member.
Board Engagements
Big players have big responsibilities, and Tish thrives in this role. She is a proud member of several local boards where she gives back by volunteering services or by using her market knowledge to be a financial guidance counselor. You can often find her reading to children, empowering women in the community, or being a voice for a future in speaking events. Tish knows that small changes now lead to big changes later, and she uses her knowledge and voice to help make those changes.
Charity
Besides lending her talent and time to local organizations, Tish regularly donates to charities that she knows have a strong effect on the members of her community and beyond.
Tish is also particularly passionate about giving back to women who want to get back into financial management. She enjoys empowering women to manage their money. For example, her interns are mostly women, whom she carefully and closely mentors.

Women’s wealth is accelerating more rapidly than overall global growth rates, as they acquire assets through inheritance, divorce, and running their own successful businesses.
As a professional woman, accomplished speaker and a mom, Letitia’s relatable style and outlook help others address their financial priorities. She has been a speaker at RIA West Investment Forum, IMN’s Opportunity Zones Forum and The Real Estate Family Office & Private Wealth Management Forum.
